places of power

This website is introducing Places of Power based on the teachings of Dr. Frederick Lenz, Rama.

Dr. Frederick Lenz, Rama was an enlightened Buddhist teacher.

Places of Power are locations in nature where the energies that are present there help spiritual seekers experience the higher states of mind.

These Places of Power can help us with our meditation and reconnecting to our own inner energies.

This website shares quotes from Dr. Frederick Lenz, Rama’s "On The Road with Rama" talks.

Talks by Rama - Dr. Frederick Lenz

The “On the Road with Rama” tape set was recorded at six different power places in the United States: the Continental Divide, Colorado; the Big Island of Hawaii; Lake Tahoe, California; Nantucket, Massachusetts; Haleakala, Maui and Walden Pond, Massachusetts. Rama, Dr. Frederick Lenz specifically chose these places because the location emanated the essence of the topic he wanted to discuss.

The Continental Divide, Colorado –

POWER

There are many ways to store power. You can visit places of power, special locations on the earth that are charged with power.

The Big Island of Hawaii –

UNITY

I’m facing the direction of the volcano Mauna Kea. It’s obscured by a heavy cloud cover. Behind me is Mauna Loa — the twin peaks of the Big Island. And today I’d like to talk to you about making yourself available to energy, to power.

Lake Tahoe, California –

MAGIC

The school of awareness is the school of mysticism. Mysticism is the experience of eternity, of that which lies beyond the physical phenomenal experience.

Nantucket, Massachusetts –

ELECTRONIC TRIBE

There’s only eternity, and you’re it — part of everything that’s ever been or will ever be, beyond abstraction, beyond conception.

Haleakala, Maui –

KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini yoga is the study of energy: its management, its flow, its highs and its lows.  But specifically, kundalini is a flow of power.

Walden Pond, Massachusetts -

TRANSCENDENTALISM

Transcendentalism answers these and other questions, not so much with verbal answers or with a singular philosophy, but by suggesting that there are layers of reality, and that the average individual only sees one or two of these layers perhaps in an entire lifetime.
